Spirit of Place: Bude - Exhibition

The Castle, Bude

March 2014

The Exhibition explores the local history of the town and how the genius loci is woven into the landscape. Bringing together photography and poetry to form the display, it also featured a 'Citizens' Wall' for residents to have their say regarding the future of the town. The event was the inspiration of RIBA Cornwall member Jonathan Ball MBE and was recognised nationally at the RIBA Local Members Forum at 66 Portland Place in London. We hope to bring the exhibition to another Cornish town in the future.
